2. Products

All gemstones and jewellery sold on this Site are described as accurately as possible. Natural stones may exhibit slight colour variations due to monitor calibration and the inherent nature of the material. Each item is unique.

3. Pricing & Tax

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of applicable consumption tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed upon successful completion of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Japan Sky Gems is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party carriers.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please contact japanskygems@gmail.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a return, exchange, or full refund at our expense.

8. Limitation of Liability
